STAGE PROJECTS

Below is an elaborate collection of productions that were directed, produced, and designed by me.

Silence (March, 2020)

A dark comedy that explores the complexity of gender identity, sexuality, traumatic breakthroughs, and gender roles, among numerous other important discussions. Set in medieval times, this hilarious tale puts a modern twist on our understanding of the world by flipping archetypical characters into a cowardly king, obsessive knight, questioning priest, resentful maid, and a woman of silence.

Out of Gas on Lovers' Leap (November, 2020)

On the night of their high-school graduation, two bright, well-to-do teenagers, drive to the local cliffside to celebrate. As they drink beer, smoke pot, and engage in sharply amusing, yet disheartening dialogue, it becomes increasingly evident that they are young, lost souls caught between the world they desperately want to escape and the brink of the unknown.

Clara (April, 2021)

The second segment of a two-part thesis, this is the staged production of the Arthur Miller play with the same name. Serving as a showcase of professional skills developed over my education, the captivating project is a crushing crime drama that explores that the present can clarify memories, while considering how the dangers of the past can define the future.
